Everything on the site is held in London. Orders usually leave us within 1 to 2 working days by Royal Mail or DPD, with tracking sent to your email.

Standard UK delivery
Applied automatically at checkout on the order total after any discount.
Royal Mail First Class
Hooks, jig heads, small packs of soft baits, single lures. Usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Reels, spools of line, lure sets, clothing. Tracked, no signature needed. Usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
DPD signed for
Rods and long or heavy parcels. Signature on delivery, with DPD tracking notifications. Usually 2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are the carriers’ estimates and start from dispatch, not from the moment of ordering. Rates apply to mainland UK addresses. Delivery outside the UK is not available at checkout at the moment.
Pay the way you prefer
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Card payments are processed by Revolut and PayPal on their secure pages: your card details never touch our servers.
Prices on the site are in pounds sterling. You receive an order confirmation by email straight after payment, and tracking details once the parcel leaves us.
Before you order
Rods travel by DPD signed for. Please check the parcel for damage before signing; if it looks crushed, sign as damaged or refuse it and email us the same day.
Missed a delivery? Royal Mail and DPD leave a card or send a text with redelivery options. If a parcel comes back to us as uncollected, email us and we will arrange redelivery.
Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can come back within 28 days. See the returns policy.
